RETURNS
Complete the merchandise return form on the back of the packing slip from your order. If you don’t have the original packing slip, you may contact customer service at 808.483.8710 weekdays 9am-5pm HST to request a merchandise return form.
We accept returns only on merchandise that is in re-sellable condition with the original tags and invoice (or invoice number). Lost invoices are available by logging in to your customer account on this Website.
We are not responsible for return shipping, so please use a traceable, insured shipping method for your return. No CODs. Merchandise return form must be included with the item you wish to return. Returned items will be credited back to the credit card used for the purchase transaction. You will receive an email confirming the receipt of merchandise and amount of refund.

In-stock items will be shipped within two business days after we receive your returned merchandise. We will credit your account for the difference in the price of the original item if it is less than the price of the exchange item.
